Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays unless otherwise stated.

6. Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase.

Gussie’s Goobers is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, additional fees, or delivery failures resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Invalid contact information
  • Customer errors during checkout

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

7. Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with the order once the shipment has been processed.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the shipment.

To assist with claims, customers may be required to provide:

  • Photographs of shipping packaging

9. Delivered Packages

Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Gussie’s Goobers is not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages
  • Lost packages after confirmed delivery
  • Packages delivered to the address provided by the customer

Customers who believe a package was misdelivered should contact the shipping carrier directly and notify us for assistance.

10. Perishable Food Products

Our products are food products and should be handled appropriately upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Inspecting products promptly after delivery
  • Following all storage and preparation instructions
  • Consuming products before any applicable expiration or recommended use dates

Gussie’s Goobers is not responsible for product quality issues resulting from delayed retrieval of delivered packages, improper storage, or improper handling after delivery.

11. Refused Shipments

If a customer refuses delivery of a shipment without prior authorization from Gussie’s Goobers, shipping charges and any return shipping fees may be deducted from any approved refund.

Perishable food products that are refused or returned may not be eligible for refunds.

12. Force Majeure

Gussie’s Goobers shall not be liable for delays or failures in shipment caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Labor disputes
  • Transportation interruptions
